• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

• Any issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@natvill.com with clear images.

• Approved returns will be replaced with the same product, or a store credit/refund will be issued.

• Products once opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
